General mechanic’s tool kit:
automotive (Appendix B, Item 1)
a. Removal
Remove four locknuts (3), washers (4), capscrews (6), washers (4), bumper (1), and two towing
brackets (5) from mounting brackets (2). Discard locknuts (3).
b. Installation
Install bumper (1) and two towing brackets (5) on mounting brackets (2) with four washers (4),
capscrews (6), washers (4), and locknuts (3). Tighten locknuts (3) to 90 lb-ft (122 N m).
