MOMENTARILY WIRE JUMPER FROM
PIN D TO BATTERY VOLTAGE.
MEASURE VOLTAGE AT ALTERNATOR
OUTPUT. DID VOLTAGE RISE TO AT
LEAST 75 VOLTS?

REPLACE ALTERNATOR
