• Hood raised and secured
(TM 9-2320-387-10).
• Battery ground cables disconnected
(para 4-68).
• Engine left splash shield removed
(para 10-23).

Remove tiedown strap (5) from controller plug harness (1), harness (3), lead wire (2), and hydraulic
hose assemblies (4). Discard tiedown strap (5).
