Make sure wire 36A is not connected
to the sending unit and is not touching
anything metal that could cause the
wire to be grounded.
Replace oil pressure gauge (para. 4-16).

Wire 36A must be connected at the
gauge. Short the wire at the sending
unit to ground.
Replace oil pressure gauge (para. 4-16).
Replace oil pressure sending unit (para. 4-29).
