Fabric Repair (June 1984)
1.
Cut 25 inches of webbing from bulk.
2.
Crimp brass tip to end of webbing.
3.
Position footman loop on webbing and stitch in place as shown.
4.
Position buckle on webbing and stitch in place as shown.
